Since yesterday, we are no longer that. Or rather, not in name.

We have always been much more: a tour operator, a "diffuse hotel," a real estate agency, a service company… But not only. All these definitions overlap and, at times, replace one another; there isn't one that encompasses everything we do.
And therefore, there wasn't a label that truly represented us.
Now we too feel free, light and carefree – free, light, and carefree!
We are seekers. This is why we look outside the frame, beyond the paths already trodden and any kind of boundary, especially etymological ones—true containers of ways of doing and being… Perhaps it's because we grew up and work with a sea view, facing that boundless and ever-changing element par excellence, that we are so inclined and dedicated to the new that we renounce a word as immediate as "immobiliare" (real estate)? Maybe.
We understand well that when you professionally manage properties to rent, and also to sell, being called a "real estate agency" is almost inevitable. However, when you are born and raised dedicating yourself to short-term rentals and specifically to holiday homes, you become something else.
Something more than a cold definition that identifies a certain activity. Since the right word to truly describe our work and how we do it probably doesn't exist yet, it's best in the meantime to introduce ourselves by our name, fued.
So, don't call us a "real estate agency."
It is only a part of what we do, not who we are.
